About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with deep experience in cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise applications . This role is responsible for analyzing complex business and technical requirements, designing scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across cloud and on-prem environments. The Senior Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, efficient, and resilient technology solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including at least 3+ years in cloud environments .
Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and SaaS applications.
Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, ETL/iPaaS tools).
Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and cloud-native storage (e.g., Snowflake, Synapse, SQL).
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, Infrastructure as Code).
Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments with high availability requirements.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP, CRM, and MDM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Informatica).
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Exposure to microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s a plus).

Responsibilities

Partner with business analysts, architects, and developers to translate functional requirements into detailed system specifications.
Lead the design and documentation of application integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud and on-premise systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365, Snowflake, Informatica).
Perform system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives and change requests.
Develop and maintain system requirement specifications (SRS) , technical diagrams, and interface definitions.
Support architecture teams in ensuring solutions follow cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security.
Oversee testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT) to validate system behavior against requirements.
Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes.
Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
