Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Systems Analyst to provide skilled leadership on complex assignments/projects. This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions. Additionally, they will focus on providing thought leadership within the systems analysis space, and will work on projects that require broader understanding of the business. NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL, NASHVILLE, TN or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
Knowledge of application configuration
Strong Understanding of Relational Databases
Requirements definition & management
Data modeling knowledge.
Proven advanced SQL skills (or other relevant back-end data query languages).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques; strong critical thinking skills.
Strong Understanding of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
System Performance management
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills, including functional documentation skills.

Medicare Claims Payment Services
Experience with Jira
