About The Position

The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Shoreside Enterprise Applications. . This role combines technical systems analysis with cruise industry business expertise to ensure systems effectively support critical business functions including Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Marketing, Sales, etc This position will be integral to maintaining system performance, supporting users, analyzing business requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the company. Requirements

Previous Enterprise Application Support experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in systems analysis or business analysis supporting enterprise applications.
Understanding of cruise industry business operations (Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Contact Center, etc)
Familiarity with enterprise applications and environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented – Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized.
Analytical Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
