The Senior Systems Administrator – Email & Collaboration Services provides advanced technical leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Exchange Online / Outlook, Google Workspace, and associated collaboration tools. This role is responsible for the architecture, administration, optimization, security, and reliability of email and collaboration services that support mission-critical communication across the institution. The Senior Systems Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues, leads platform modernization and integration efforts, and drives strategic enhancements to improve service performance, security posture, and user experience. The role partners with cybersecurity, identity management, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient collaboration environments.
