Requirements

• 7+ years of systems administration experience with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server administration including AD, Entra, Azure, Exchange, Teams, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting and PowerShell scripting skills with knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while meeting project timelines

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft/Azure certifications, cloud migration experience, VMWare ESXi, VDI, Jira, Citrix, or CASB experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer Cloud and On-Premises Infrastructure: Manage Microsoft server and Azure cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Deploy and Secure Systems: Coordinate deployment of new servers and applications, implement security practices, and manage identity services including AD, Entra, and Cisco DUO.
• Support and Mentor Teams: Provide technical support for DevOps, engineering, and product development teams while cross-training colleagues on existing and emerging technologies.
