Have fun. Make history The Role: As a Senior Technical Program Manager - System, you will engage with an experienced inter-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. You will work with the Product Manager to derive the product requirements and obtain executive approval. The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and cross functionally manage other internal team members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and planning of all engineering builds at the supplier and drive the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of all assemblies to production. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years experience managing complex technology projects with compressed schedules
  • 5+ years experience leading high performing, technologically savvy teams
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience developing and driving projects with tight schedules and multiple dependencies
  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
  • Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams

  • Master's degree in relevant discipline
  • Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs
  • Experience managing the introduction of new technologies
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycles

Benefits

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
