  • Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements documents, interface control documents (ICDs), and other technical documentation.
  • Integrate heterogeneous systems and manage interdependencies.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with systems engineering.
  • Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies.
  • Use modeling and simulation tools for system analysis and performance evaluation.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead technical teams and deliver executive level technical briefings.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on complex systems, preferably within the space industry.
  • Experience with System of Systems (SoS) engineering principles.
  • Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle (requirements definition, design, development, integration, testing, verification, validation, and operations).
  • Proficiency in risk management processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with space systems architecture, including spacecraft, launch vehicles, ground systems, and communication networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is required.
  • TS/SCI clearance required; must be SAP eligible.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Master's degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), Project Management Professional (PMP)).
