This role requires a strong switch product and factory knowledge, excellent communication skills between engineers and factory, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent program management experiences.
- 8 years of Product Engineer experience
- Good communication ability with customers.
- Ability to work with team members from different function groups.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of hands-on switch product experience is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing process is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin support is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Product Engineer Role – To coordinating production and building networking products.
- Handle and Manage development stage system assembly and testing. Need to make sure and well-known product each angel detail including manufacture process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software/firmware, BMC/BIOS, HW, ME designers, and production team to review product quality.
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical issues resolution.
- Improve system process for better quality and customer satisfaction.
- Come out support document to make sure product successful.
- After product mass production, support customer technical questions.
