The Senior Field Engineer provides a high level of in-person customer service implementing, maintaining, resolving technical issues, supporting, and optimizing all customer workstation and server hardware, software, and network equipment and connectivity. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for working through our ticketing system to configure, implement, monitor, manage, and support all clients IT environments. Requires minimal supervision and works with large scope, more complex issues and projects. This is a coaching/mentoring role for Analysts and Engineers.
