We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Talent and Recruiting and Performance Functional Technical/Functional Resource to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective maintaining and optimization of Workday's Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, exceptional technical skills, and a proven track record of successful Workday implementations.

Configure and maintain Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of configuring all components of the worker profile including skills, goals, job history etc.
Experience with mass loading of data using EIB.
Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs.
Collaborate with other CDW teams to determine the optimal solution architecture to ensure application efficiency, maintainability and scalability.
Continuously assess and optimize Workday configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Workday modules.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Workday system, and perform regular audits to maintain high standards.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Lead and participate in project teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Help troubleshoot and resolve services tickets related to talent, recruiting and performance.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system.
OR, 9 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others.
Proficient in Workday configuration, data management, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Current or recent Workday certification in Talent, Recruiting, or Performance is a plus.

Pay range: $74,000 - $146,800 depending on experience and skill set.
Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan.
