We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Talent and Recruiting and Performance Functional Technical/Functional Resource to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective maintaining and optimization of Workday's Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, exceptional technical skills, and a proven track record of successful Workday implementations.

  • Configure and maintain Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of configuring all components of the worker profile including skills, goals, job history etc.
  • Experience with mass loading of data using EIB.
  • Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs.
  • Collaborate with other CDW teams to determine the optimal solution architecture to ensure application efficiency, maintainability and scalability.
  • Continuously assess and optimize Workday configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Workday modules.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Workday system, and perform regular audits to maintain high standards.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead and participate in project teams, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve services tickets related to talent, recruiting and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system.
  • OR, 9 years of experience working with Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Performance modules, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, release updates and daily support of the system.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Proficient in Workday configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current or recent Workday certification in Talent, Recruiting, or Performance is a plus.
  • Pay range: $74,000 - $146,800 depending on experience and skill set.
  • Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan.
