About The Position

The Senior Systems Analyst supports the development and implementation of HR and Learning & Innovation systems, working closely with corporate IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role involves gathering requirements, managing project activities, and ensuring successful execution within scope and budget. It includes designing and refining digital learning resources, defining user acceptance testing criteria, and supporting end users during testing and rollout. The analyst also maintains and enhances internal systems and forms, evaluates digital learning technologies, and provides multimedia and technical support to HR and L&I staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum three years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree and minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • 3 years of full-time work experience, including two years of IT, Digital Learning, LMS management.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels.
  • Knowledgeable in basic engineering design and principles.
  • Ability to work independently, providing oversight, direction, and developmental support.
  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and making sound business decisions.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible enough to manage multiple assignments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of the TLC KPIs and operational excellence.
  • Lead the full instructional design process from needs analysis to pre-class preparation.
  • Research emerging industry tools to ensure digital and distance learning solutions remain innovative.
  • Assist in projects of moderate complexity, identifying business opportunities and creating project plans.
  • Manage digital learning and distance learning projects to enhance learner experience.
  • Assist in planning and road mapping, including analyzing technology components for vendor support.
  • Develop in-house applications including monitoring product license compliance.
  • Assist in designing Subsystem end-to-end flow diagrams, use cases, data models and Systems Development.
  • Produce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation.
  • Assist with planning and deploying corporate IT software and hardware upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to L&I and HR staff, as well as customers attending meetings and classes.
  • Work with instructors and/or subject matter experts to develop media training concepts.
  • Support effective communication between L&I, HR, corporate IT, and operating areas.
  • Manage and support effective lines of communication for project execution.
  • Oversee the safeguarding of the authenticity, confidentiality, and proper handling of all digital learning materials.
  • Conduct field visits and attend meetings in various Company locations.
