Senior System Administrator, internally known as Senior Analyst, Information Workplace Services collaborate with many teams to support exciting, critical programs with classified information system capabilities. Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs.

  • Monitor and maintain computer configurations and performance in a virtual VMware environment
  • Perform Operating System, and hardware troubleshooting in bare-metal and virtual environments
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and support systems in a 24x7 operating environment
  • Provide IT support for new system developments and system upgrades
  • Perform system backups and maintain system reconstitution capabilities and procedures
  • Develop and implement scripts to monitor, improve and/or automate system performance and maintainability
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration documents, user guides and troubleshooting procedures
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree, minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Must have a Current TS/SCI CI Poly transferable U.S. government issued prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Must have Linux experience
  • Experience with administering virtual systems
  • Must have a current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II (or higher) certification
