About The Position

The position involves providing accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution, and selling of company services. The role also requires performing administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
