Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in survey design and implementation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey-related software.
Strong knowledge of boundary law and legal aspects of surveying.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products
Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learn
Ability to work independently and with a team
Willingness to mentor and teach others
Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter

Nice To Haves

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred

Responsibilities

Conducts boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys.
Prepares accurate and detailed survey maps and plats.
Utilizes advanced survey equipment and software for data collection, analysis, and mapping.
Coordinates with project teams to ensure survey tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Interprets and verifies the accuracy of survey data and legal descriptions.
Identifies and resolves discrepancies in survey information.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings
