About The Position

The Sr Support Engineer 2 role is part of a newly formed team within the Supply Chain execution at Blue Yonder. This position focuses on providing value-added rapid deployment and onboarding projects for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) customer base, particularly for expedited growth customers. The engineer will be responsible for functional and technical support during various phases of customer engagement, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support for WMS and TMS applications.
