About The Position

As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, working cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will enable business value and productivity by leading planning strategy and driving execution across your team. You will report directly to our Director of Supply Planning and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge, LA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our supply chain operations by developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies that ensure seamless alignment with customer demand, significantly contributing to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
  • Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. Rapid Response, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in supply chain processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/Rapid Response supply and inventory planning tools.
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top-tier delivery performance for our customers.
  • Drive team goals/objectives through process and systems implementation, including driving improved maturity in planning tools.
  • Support and coach your planning team to lead the monthly planning cycle for all sites and network planning to ensure inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and working capital remains within the business goals.
