Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and continued support of supply chain management systems and applications. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set priorities and conduct short and long-term systems planning. 2. Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system-driven solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels 3. Oversee integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms to ensure data consistency and operational alignment 4. Lead cross-functional projects to implement new systems, upgrades, or enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Ensures system quality and program standards meet objectives and desired results are achieved. Performs post-implementation evaluations in support of continuous process improvement. 5. Provide advanced user support for supply chain systems, resolve complex user issues related to system functionality, performance, and user experience 6. Partner with supply chain, IT, finance and operations to align system capabilities with business needs and drive user adoption 7. Identifies end-user training needs, develops training materials and conducts sessions to ensure effective use of supply chain systems; maintain comprehensive system documentation.
