About The Position

This role will be focused on overseeing a team of contractors who perform critical business critical processes. Oversee daily operations for team of contractors, assigning tasks, plan workload, ensuring team meets performance metrics. Collaborate closely with business process owners to develop standard work procedures, and maintain feedback loop to drive improvements. Create, communicate and maintain quality control policies and standard work procedures for contractor team. Handle escalated issues, resolve complex complaints, and champion customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools. Identify opportunities to minimize repetitive tasks via automation

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
  • 5+ years in management consulting and/or program management in IT hardware supply chain supporting of hardware or software
  • Proven track record of successfully setting up team of contractors and executing supply chain operational processes at scale
  • Proven ability to create & maintain operational metrics and present this to management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating, tracking key performance metrics, creating data-driven insights to guide program decisions is preferred
  • Experience developing contingency plans, manage escalations, and navigate ambiguity to keep programs on track despite changing business conditions is preferred
