Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 2-4 years - Experience in supply chain planning, including inventory and demand planning in a telecom or related industry required.
  • 2-4 years - Experience in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems required.
  • 2-4 years - Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes required.
  • Supply Chain Management- Expertise in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems. (Required)
  • Data Analysis- Ability to perform complex data analysis to support forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. (Required)
  • Vendor Management- Skills in managing vendor relationships and enhancing supply chain processes through effective collaboration. (Required)
  • Strategic Thinking- Capability to align supply chain processes with organizational goals and strategic business objectives. (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling, analyzing, and presenting data effectively. (Required)
  • Problem Solving -Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions within the supply chain. (Required)
  • Communication- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and aligning team efforts. (Required)
  • Cross Functional Relationships- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to enhance supply chain operations. (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification provided by APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations. (Preferred)
  • Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification from APICS that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management, enhancing efficiency in the supply chain. (Preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that indicates expertise in supply management and procurement. (Preferred)
