This is a multi-faceted Physical Security Sr. Supervisor, Security position, supporting Special Programs and DoD Collateral efforts at the Forest, MS Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the Forest Physical Security program in a fast paced, success driven environment. This individual will be the prime Security interface with all levels of internal program management and government customers as well as daily oversight of the contracted Site Guard Force.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Five years experience in supporting Special Programs and DoD Collateral efforts
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Responsibilities

  • Interpret, implement, and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Industrial Security Guidance Manuals, and Special Program Security Directives
  • Actively participate in all customer conducted inspections/reviews and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Maintain documentation of Secure Area Physical Security inspections and recommended corrective actions
  • Establish, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal as well as external customers
  • Manage the construction of SAPFs, DoD Open Storage Areas and SCIFs in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 & CFR standards
  • Manage day to day Contracted Site Guard Force activities
  • Manage external vendor support for various Security related Systems
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required program accesses
