Sr Supervisor Rendering - WATERLOO PORK PLANT
About The Position
This position is responsible for overseeing all the rendering functions, both the production and mechanical aspects. Other duties include: Producing quality products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner; Ensuring that team members adhere to all company policies and procedures; Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely manner; Other duties as assigned. This position will also cover the maintenance department when a supervisor in that area is absent. In the absence of the General Manager, Supervisor position will assume all responsibilities and act as his designee. Hours and Days off (schedule) will be discussed in the interview. Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination. Resume will be required for consideration for this position.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two 2 plus years of Rendering and management experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
