The Sr Supervisor Quality Assurance is responsible for working with Operations to manage the customer quality requirements and agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLA). They are also required to work with the front-line leaders to help coach/develop their team, openly communicate, align processes across the business units/sites while having a consistent approach to delivering results and reporting across core business functions. This position will be responsible for covering when supervisors or Managers are out and may be tasked to assist the Manager/Director on higher-level business functions. This position will be the main focal point for communicating with engineering, operations, safety, security, and management concerning quality related matters. This is an on-site role at our Irving, DCC facility with a schedule of Friday to Sunday from 6: 00 am to 6:30 pm.
