About The Position

This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members for quality safety and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management for this position. The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achieving objectives; accept full accountability assignments and day-to-day department responsibility; must be a team player; Ensure compliance with all human resource and safety policies food safety sanitation and all other duties as determined by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of production operations and techniques; food safety; product yields and USDA regulations in a food manufacturing environment
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • good attendance and safety record.
