About The Position
This position is responsible for supervising and leading staff accountable for Broker Sales compliance monitoring, training, support and servicing of new and existing broker accounts for the Individual and Family Markets (IFM) at HCSC. This leader will support and assist their staff in executing the broker monitoring and compliance program, training external brokers on the monitoring and compliance program, answering and responding to broker pre-sales requests and questions, assisting in the enrollment process, researching and resolving account issues, and any other responsibilities needed that support the IFM brokers. This position is responsible for supervisory duties including but not limited to: hiring, performance reviews, goal setting, talent management and training.
