This dynamic role leads the planning and execution of the Maintenance Training Program—an essential function that strengthens the skillset, safety culture, and long-term success of the maintenance team. You will step into a position that blends technical expertise with hands-on teaching, providing impactful training in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration, and other critical maintenance disciplines. In this role, you’ll guide new and experienced team members through structured training, develop and maintain training materials, manage student records, and coordinate class schedules, which will include flexing your schedule to work all shifts in order to accommodate training for all workers. You’ll interface with vendors to enhance course content, lead safety instruction for the maintenance department, and support hands-on training assessments that ensure our maintenance workforce is prepared for the demands of a fast-paced industrial environment. You may also be asked to assist as a floor supervisor when necessary. Every team member contributes to a culture of safety—and this position plays a meaningful role in reinforcing both personal and food safety standards across the department.
