About The Position

Senior Supervisor, Infusion Nursing - Accredo Specialty Pharmacy Hybrid Role – Work from Home & In-Office in Marlborough, MA. Candidates for this position should reside in Massachusetts or Connecticut, and will supervise nurses working throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut and possibly Rhode Island. What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in homes and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by: Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff. Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits. Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling. Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans. Identifying and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• 1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care
• Experience with utilization management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

• Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred
