About The Position

Your Mission: As a Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales , you will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the Residential Sales Executive team. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with leadership to ensure the team not only meets but exceeds sales targets. Your leadership will be crucial in driving growth, operational excellence, and the future of residential fiber connectivity. Adept at coaching, mentoring, and leading a diverse team of sales professionals. Skilled in performance management and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Achieve Excellence: Be accountable for meeting and surpassing your team's sales goals, balancing leadership responsibilities with individual sales efforts.
  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and coach the Residential Sales Executives (RSEs), fostering an environment of continuous improvement, accountability, and team success.
  • Drive Performance: Deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to sales leadership, providing transparency and insight into team performance and progress.
  • Build the Team: Take responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales talent. Mentor, coach, and develop your team members, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, conducting performance reviews and managing improvement plans to maintain a productive, engaged, and motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with leadership and operations teams to manage territory assignments, track performance, and ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Be Adaptable: Perform additional duties as requested by market leadership, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to Clearwave Fiber’s overall success.
