About The Position
As a Sr Subcontracts Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing subcontracting activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and driving cost-effective solutions within our Aerospace Procurement team. You will work out of our Glendale, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, External New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our subcontracting processes, contributing to the successful execution of our aerospace projects and initiatives. Responsibilities
