About The Position

The Sr. Subcontracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontracts in support of Defense related programs. This includes solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout of subcontracts. Ensuring compliance with government regulations, applicable law and corporate policies while maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPCM) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.
Proven experience with FAR/DFAR and government contracting in complex large scale programs.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented and organized.
Acts with integrity, works collaboratively, supports continual improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software systems, including implementation experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, support complex programs, and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to lead projects, support training and development of team.
Represents company brand in a positive manner internally and externally.

Nice To Haves

A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPCM) is a plus.
Experience on modernization or facilitation programs in support of the DOD is preferred.
