Solar Turbine Gas Compressor Mechanical Analysis group is responsible for structural integrity assessments of entire gas compressor product line. An analyst in this group can expect to be involved in the evaluation and optimization of every aspect of gas compressor structural design, including pressure vessel integrity analysis, rotor/stator structural analysis, fatigue analysis, thermal/mechanical interactions and resulting stress/displacements, tooling structural evaluation, among others.
