Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in strategy, growth, business development, or related roles.
  • Experience in self-custody and institutional crypto infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in pricing models and monetization strategies.
  • Ability to conduct analysis independently and use data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to convey value propositions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Porto’s pricing models and commercial strategy.
  • Analyze data and create dashboards to inform business reviews.
  • Conduct market analysis to guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Identify and solve data visibility issues to enhance reporting.
  • Develop growth strategies for client acquisition in the DeFi space.
  • Manage Porto’s Featured dApp program, focusing on partnerships.
  • Create business cases for new products and revenue initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales on complex client needs and bespoke pricing.
