Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 7 years’ experience in a relevant field.
Experience working with agribusiness or local agriculture communities.
Experience developing complex projects in an unstructured environment.
Experience managing large scale projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience developing business plans and financial models.
Experience in presenting technical work to various audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the market strategy design process for priority foodscape teams.
Provide consulting and advisory support on business and financial matters.
Develop and implement frameworks that support regional teams in identifying market interventions.
Support capital mobilization goals by developing investable opportunities.
Communicate complex finance and market concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Contribute to building and maintaining a pipeline of market-based projects.
Scope opportunities to scale validated solutions to other initiatives.
