About The Position

Built on 15+ years of proprietary data and leveraging over 22,000 custom predictive models, our unified platform combines best-in-class predictive targeting, audience creation, and seamless orchestration across all media and buying models-delivering continuous optimization and real-time performance in today's fragmented media landscape. As a Senior Strategist on the Health team, you will be a key partner to our healthcare clients, identifying and solving their most critical business challenges. You will lead the development of innovative, data-driven pre-sales strategies andcomprehensive solutions proposals. Acting as a strategic partner to 2-4 Sales Managers, you will ensure the effective and impactful delivery of tailored solutions that drive client success.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in programmatic media strategy and/or sales planning for solutions focused in CTV, online video, digital display
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, deadline- and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Informed on current digital advertising and media trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Architect and present strategic media solutions: Lead client discovery sessions and brainstorms to understand client objectives and challenges, translating them into innovative, performance-driven media strategies.
  • Drive comprehensive solution design: Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial strategic framework and pricing to inventory availability, compelling deck creation, and meticulous Salesforce quote management, ensuring each proposal represents a complete and compelling solution for client needs.
  • Develop and manage client enablement resources: Spearhead the creation and ongoing management of high-impact materials that articulate Cadent's unique value proposition and showcase our solutions for key client partnerships.
  • Optimize and adapt solutions: Strategically manage plan revisions to respond to evolving client objectives or market dynamics.
  • Ensure strategic pipeline integrity: Maintain accurate and insightful Salesforce pipeline data to inform strategic planning and support effective client management.
  • Strategic resource allocation: Partner with Strategy team leadership to balance and optimize team resources, ensuring efficient support for client solution development.
  • Potential as management position (1-2 direct reports)
