About The Position

You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work
out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through
effective negotiation and supplier management, ensuring the delivery of
compliant procurement packages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
