TK Elevator is currently seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager in Atlanta, GA. This position is pivotal in developing and executing sourcing strategies, leading strategic sourcing events, and negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers in accordance with TK Elevator's approved processes to mitigate risk. The role requires collaboration with the wider Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) team to drive spend compliance into established supply chain strategies, maximizing Return On Investment (ROI) on shared categories of spend. The Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage a team of professionals tasked with developing, collaborating, and implementing strategies for sustainable and ethical sourcing. This includes ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility (CSR) standards. The manager will work closely with PSM, leadership, and various operational departments to advance the company's initiatives and meet corporate goals. Key responsibilities include delivering current-year savings goals, contributing to a three-year savings pipeline, and creating robust category value plans that optimize service levels while minimizing total cost of ownership. In this role, the manager will develop relationships with key internal TKE business leaders to support the creation of a world-class procurement experience. They will ensure that all sourcing activities, including negotiation, drafting, and management of supplier contracts, comply with company policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including import/export regulations and trade compliance. The manager will also identify and lead cross-functional and continuous improvement activities, oversee Spend Data Analytics & Reporting, eSourcing, and contract management for assigned clusters/categories/projects, and drive spend compliance into established supply chain strategies. Additionally, the Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead Quarterly Business Reviews, maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships, and ensure business continuity. They will develop and implement supplier corrective action and recovery plans as required, partner with global strategic sourcing colleagues to leverage enterprise-wide Purchase Volume (PVO), and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth within the organization. The role also involves developing opportunities to eliminate waste from the overall supply chain and conducting benchmarking studies to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive pricing. Finally, the manager will lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and innovations into sourcing and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
