About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role plays a key leadership position, helping to shape and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including both product management and sales, and develop both near and long-term strategies that deliver results aligned with the business unit’s overall objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or senior-level role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring others.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social and events.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Oversee campaign performance analytics, reporting on KPIs, ROI, and insights to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer service teams to develop marketing strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage vendor relationships and agency partnerships where applicable.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Seaman Corporation is ahead of the curve.
