The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for client growth / retention and client satisfaction, renewal of existing contracts and up-selling of appropriate services to clients. The Strategic Account Executive manages ongoing client relationships and day-to-day delivery service for an assigned book of business and serves as a client-centric, client-facing resource and lead point of contact. The Strategic Account Executive represents clients internally as an advocate and coordinates with other functional areas within the company to support the implementation of client benefits, complete projects and address service needs.
