About The Position

Oversee, design, and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, and production support processes. Own system reliability, uptime, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring for mission-critical services. Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams for smooth, automated software delivery. Manage cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem infrastructure, incorporating automation, scalability, and security best practices. Implement self-service deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure as code. Champion operational standards, SLA adherence, and compliance requirements. Continuously improve processes, introducing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and optimizing cost and performance. Facilitate incident response, problem resolution, and post-mortem analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, Systems Administration, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in configuration management, automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience leading a team, managing projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Infrastructure as Code, automation, and monitoring tool proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of IT service management, SLAs, and operational risk.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and foster a DevOps culture.
