We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to define and lead the technical strategy for Search and Recommendation in LinkedIn's Talent Solutions. This team powers large-scale search retrieval, ranking, and qualification-based evaluation of LinkedIn members. Talent Solutions products enable millions of professionals and organizations to connect more effectively. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead, shaping long-term architecture driving the application of the latest advancements in AI- including semantic search, embeddings, and Generative AI/LLMs. You'll translate these innovations into scalable systems and impactful product capabilities that enhance customer adoption, deliver measurable value, and drive revenue growth across LinkedIn's hiring product.
