We partner with organizations and engineering teams across the company to build the right strategy and investments that boost engineering productivity and product quality. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer you will define and lead our company-wide strategy for AI-assisted software development—from vision to adoption. You’ll partner directly with senior engineering and product leadership to transform how thousands of engineers build, test, and ship software. You’ll lead a team of passionate and driven engineers and collaborate across multiple organizations to embed AI into developer workflows, accelerate productivity, and improve software quality through modern, responsible AI integration.
