About The Position
The Senior Staff Quality Engineer at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is responsible for leading and overseeing design changes for both sustaining and new product introductions within the iovera° medical device portfolio. This role focuses on driving critical design change projects in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and medical device requirements, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulations. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of complex, handheld, battery-powered electro-mechanical medical devices.
