About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the Product and Technology Program Management team for Core Services, focusing on the Financial Transactions pillar. The Financial Transactions Core Team drives the full lifecycle of global financial operations-from issuance to processing and settlement-ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant transaction flows. They power high-availability systems, automate complex workflows, and deliver precision in reconciliation and reporting. This team is at the heart of financial innovation, transforming how money moves across platforms and partners. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations and Program Management, you will enable cross-functional teams to discover and deliver innovative, tech-powered solutions that our customers love while maximizing business outcomes. You will be responsible for end-to-end orchestration of program initiatives, focusing on outcomes, and centering the customer in everything you do, supporting our journey in the Product Operating Model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing technology programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record overseeing large-scale initiatives spanning product lines, driving outcomes and aligning solutions
  • Strong operational excellence, with experience driving improvements across product lines and implementing scalable processes
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across teams and product lines
  • Solid technical acumen and domain expertise; able to partner with product, engineering and design leaders to align on architectural considerations
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies; proficiency with program management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Rally etc.
  • 10% travel required

Responsibilities

  • Program Orchestration: Lead end-to-end orchestration of significant initiatives spanning multiple product lines and teams
  • Outcome-Driven Leadership: Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive strategic programs with clear focus on business outcomes and customer impact
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Maintain health and hygiene of the Product lifecycle for financial transactions; maintain rigor of end-to-end Program Management lifecycle
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical partner to Product, Design, and Engineering teams, serving as a sounding board and holding them accountable to design great products
  • Governance and Risk Management: Lead program governance, including risk management, and cross-team dependencies. Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks and dependencies across the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Drive operational improvements across product lines, advocating for scalable processes. Use data and metrics to evaluate progress, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership, continuously prioritize to help define Financial Transactions roadmaps, set milestones, and track progress against key metrics; balance competing priorities effectively to deliver on commitments
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to scaling program management best practices across the organization.
