Computer and Electronic Product Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical leader to drive the development of smart hardware automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of robotics algorithms, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for idealizing complex engineering solutions that integrate robotics, AI, mechanical, electrical, and software systems, all within a highly matrixed project execution model. Technical ownership of design and development of advanced robotics algorithms for autonomous maintenance Cobots. Help drive hardware, software, and firmware into cohesive mechatronic solutions. Validate prototypes, tests, and iterate on robotic systems and end effectors to optimize performance and reliability. Conduct system-level testing and validation, including collaboration with Hardware and Software regarding regression and unit tests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Matrix Projects) to define system specifications and resolve complex technical challenges. Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., DOE, statistical process control) to drive design improvements. Review/Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, CAD models, and test reports. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel. Research and apply emerging technologies in robotics, computer vision, and machine learning. We are looking for a T-shaped leader with deep expertise in robotics and a broad understanding of system engineering. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and hands-on, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
