Position Summary The Oracle ERP Sr. Staff Business Analyst is a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and IT stakeholders. This role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and transforming Oracle ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion ERP modules including Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA). The ideal candidate brings deep experience transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12)—particularly OLFM, AR, and Financials—to Oracle Fusion Cloud, along with hands-on involvement in ERP transformation programs. The role also supports integrations with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and external applications (e.g., CRM systems). This position requires strong functional expertise, analytical rigor, and leadership in solution design, project execution, and ongoing operational support.
