Sr. Staff Full Stack Engineer

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our talented team. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and maintain our software applications and systems. You will also be key in designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet our needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and systems using front-end and back-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures
• Write well-structured and maintainable code following best practices
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and improve performance
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement necessary solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development technologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers as needed

Requirements

• Overall, 12+ years of experience in software development
• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong Expertise in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Experience in building fault-tolerant microservice/web architectures
• Python, Django, and Fast-API framework experience is a plus
• Experience designing and building scalable solutions leveraging relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Expertise in Docker or similar container management tooling
• Experience working with Kubernetes is required
• Experience working with Cloud services like GCP, AWS, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google BigQuery, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and GK, is preferred
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Must be local to be onsite
