The Premium Data Science team plays a pivotal role in driving LinkedIn Premium subscription businesses, delivering value to consumers across Career, Business, Company Page, Sales, and Recruiter ecosystems. We leverage cutting-edge machine learning / AI and data-driven insights to inform business strategies, optimize monetization efforts and product performance, and support innovative initiatives that help 10 million Premium members achieve their goals and drive Premium growth. Working closely with product management, engineering, marketing, finance and other cross-functional partners, our contributions drive huge business impact in a high-tempo, high-growth environment. In this Sr Staff DS role, you will act as a thought tech leader to identify business opportunities, drive Premium acquisition and retention, optimize product performance, and coach junior ICs. You will solve complex problems and champion innovative approaches. You will conduct deep dive analysis, design business metrics, craft compelling data stories and actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business roadmaps and decision-making.
