As a Sr. Staff Data Analyst, reporting to our Head of Analytics, you will play a critical strategic role in shaping Flex's future by guiding key analytics projects across our Customer Support, Finance, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams. You will champion truth seeking across the business, working to bring clarity to some of Flex’s most challenging and complex areas. Through your technical expertise and mastery of data-led story telling, you improve our understanding of the business and where we can make improvements. The ideal candidate for this role is intensely curious, holds themselves to a high analytical bar, while simultaneously balancing analytical rigor with speed and ultimate business impact. We currently have multiple roles open across Flex Analytics and are prioritizing analyst support for Product and Growth domains.
