Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • Ambulatory management experience
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
  • Managing medium to large physician groups (25+) with 100K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic
  • Budget planning and completion
  • Strategic Planning for GI department across the enterprise
  • Standardization of department workflow and process
  • Process Improvement / Project Management
  • Proven solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum 25 providers with 100K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Ambulatory care management experience

  • Large GI or Surgical Practice Management

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives
  • Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization
  • Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level
