This position supports Amazon's Work Authorization service, providing daily subject matter expertise, customer support and process improvements in the the US) for our Corporate lines of business. The role is responsible for operating against and improving standard operating procedures and meeting relevant customer metrics. These include but are not limited to project intake resolution and customer query SLAs, continuous new hire compliance defect reduction and an improved employee experience. About the team This role can be based out of Arlington, VA only.
