About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist – Mission Systems to join our Greenville, TX team. This position is responsible for Requirements, Development Support, and Integration of Operator Workstation capabilities multiple platforms and programs. Responsible for issue investigation and resolution. Responsible for submitting Bid and proposals. Responsible for documenting status and issues in Jira/Confluence.

Requirements

• Considerable Systems or Software Engineering experience as a Subject Matter Expert working with Operator Interfaces
• Comprehensive Knowledge
• Understanding systems engineering life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Will use IBM Doors Requirements Management tool
• Well versed in JIRA/Confluence and agile process
• Bachelor’s Degree with six (6) years of prior Hands-on experience with Operator interfaces
• Graduate Degree with four (4) years of prior Hands-on experience with Operator interfaces
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten (10) years of prior Hands-on experience with Operator interfaces
• Must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• RC-135 Operator interfaces
